Kaci joins Woodnick Law after nearly a decade of focusing her practice in the area of insurance defense litigation. Although insurance defense litigation permitted Kaci to work on a wide range of different matters – including construction defect litigation, personal injury matters, dram shop litigation, product liability litigation, and commercial litigation, she was ultimately inspired to switch her focus to family law because of her genuine desire to help others and make an immediate impact in clients’ lives.
This desire to help others led her to serve as an Assistant Attorney General, where she provided legal counsel to the Arizona Department of Economic Security and performed all litigation functions as a trial attorney in the Department of Child Support Services Section to establish, modify, and enforce child support orders established in accordance with Title IV-D of the Social Security Act. Kaci applies the knowledge and experience that she has gained throughout her legal career to serve clients today in family court.
A graduate of Washington State University Honors College and University of Oregon School of Law, Kaci is also licensed to practice in both Washington and Oregon.
In her free time, Kaci can be found cheering on her son at sporting events, trying not to come in last place at her CrossFit gym, and regularly volunteering with her husband and son for Family Promise of Greater Phoenix.
