Chelsea Wallace

Office Manager & Paralegal

Chelsea is an Arizona native who earned her associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Phoenix College and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree, minoring in Technology and Communication. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga and has a passion for nutrition and health.

Candy Drake

Director of Operations & Paralegal

Candy earned her associate degree in Paralegal Studies and graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. She has worked in both the medical and legal industries, interning for the court in their Domestic Violence Division, while also facilitating meetings with the Domestic Violence Sexual Assault Center. Candy is a native of Idaho but loves living in Arizona where the weather is perfect for hiking and spending time with visiting family and friends.

Maribeth Burroughs


Maribeth earned her associate degree in Paralegal Studies in 2016 from Phoenix College. She interned with the Maricopa County Public Defenders in 2016. Maribeth has worked in family law since 2017. Outside of work, Maribeth enjoys going on adventures with her dogs and spending time with her family and friends.

Eva Perez


Eva is an Arizona native who started her career working with the Maricopa County Superior Court Civil Division and transferring to the County Attorney’s Civil Division’s Office in 2012. Eva is fluent in Spanish and passionate about helping others in need. Outside of work, Eva enjoys spending time with her two young boys, hiking, and good food.

Sara Seeburg


Sara joined the firm in 2021 after working as a paralegal in estate planning and probate for several years. She obtained her certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2014 from Phoenix College. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Sara worked for GE Capital in various capacities. Although originally from Germany, Sara has lived in Arizona since high school. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and staying physically active.

Mallory Scott

Law Clerk

Mallory is a student at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, and has been with Woodnick Law since May 2023. She graduated from the University of Arizona with an Honors Degree in Political Science and Minors in PR and Business Administration. She is an alumna of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority and serves on the advisory board of the ASU undergraduate chapter.
